On the twelfth day of Christmas...

When the 505 was first launched, it became apparent from the off that the most important fitting in the boat was the crew.

Success in the class has always been dependant on the very best of teamwork, and it is for this reason that the 5o5 book will be dedicated to FiveO crews, for all levels in the fleet and across all of the decades, for they have played such a great part in making the class the place to be, afloat and ashore.

The book telling the story of the 5o5 is nearly ready for publication, but author Dougal Henshall is letting you help choose a great photo for the cover. Each day we will see one of Christophe Favreau's pictures posted, then at the end readers will be allowed to comment with their vote.
