Multihull Central is pleased to announce a historic acquisition of Multihull Yacht Sales Australia, creating the largest multihull specialist brokerage in Australia.

In only a couple of years since being established, Multihull Central has grown rapidly selling more used multihulls in Australia than any other broker in 2013 and distributing high performance production sailing boats including Corsair trimarans, Seawind catamarans, and Outremer catamarans, offering a boat for all budgets and levels of experience.

With Australia’s only dedicated multihull marina in the heart of Sydney Harbour, Multihull Central offer an exclusive opportunity to display up to 17 new and used multihulls in the water for display or sea trials. The team of six sales agents around Australia has extensive experience in cruising and racing multihulls and is only too pleased to welcome Philip Day of Multihull Yacht Sales Australia to the team.

For a decade and a half Phil has established Multihull Yacht Sales Australia as a source of knowledge and expertise for the discerning catamaran or trimaran buyer, with his trusted advice and experience allowing hundreds of boat owners to confidently step into new or used multihulls over the years. Phil has also won several Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Races onboard his own catamaran and continues to be a leading broker in the industry. His addition to the team only reinforces Multihull Central’s commitment to excellence and expertise.

With Multihull Central and Multihull Yacht Sales Australia joining forces, Multihull Central now establishes an office directly in the heartland of the Australian multihull market, being Manly Boat Harbour, QLD. This office perfectly complements their Sydney base offering access to more new and used multihulls closer to where these vessels are located and providing customers a network around Australia to assist with researching, learning and ultimately buying.

To meet the team, Multihull Central will have three brands and four boats on display at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show this week including a Corsair Dash MKII, Seawind 1000XL2, Seawind 1250 and for the first time in Australia, Outremer shows off their award winning 49ft model.
