About ARC 2018

The 2018 edition of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers will start from Las Palmas on 25 November 2018, following the traditional programme of pre-departure activities. The fleet will arrive in Saint Lucia to be met on the dock with a rum punch and a chilled beer after the adventure of a lifetime and the final prize giving will be held in Rodney Bay on 22 December.

ARC+ Cape Verde 2018 will depart Las Palmas on Sunday 11 November 2018, and includes a 3 to 5 day stop-over in Mindelo, Sao Vicente, which lies 850nm south west of Gran Canaria. The island's latitude is right in the path of the trade wind belt, promising a great sail for the 2,150nm passage on to Saint Lucia, setting off from Mindelo on 21 November.

ARC+ will have a week long programme of activities in Las Palmas, including parties and preparation lectures, as well as an exciting social events programme in Cape Verdes and Saint Lucia. A separate prize giving party will wrap-up the fun on 12 December. Request an information pack for full details.
