News feed service from Sail-World.com

Another record-breaking week at Sail-World, the third in row now, as the largest sailing news site in the world continues to gain new audiences around the world.
The Sail-World team ‘down under’ is enjoying the winter warmth in the tropical Whitsunday’s after the coldest, wettest, windiest start to the northern racing season.
As we were working in the Hogs Breath Race Week media centre last night, the sailor’s favourite rock n’country band was vibrating across the giant Abel Point marina.
The Sail-World team will continue to bring the news from this 157-boat regatta and next Friday, the caravan moves with the 205-boat Hahn Premium Race Week fleet at Hamilton Island. A week after that we will be front and centre at the Etchells World’s in San Francisco and then the Rolex Big Boat series also on the Bay.
Later in the week Sail-World will be publishing its Transpac Cone of Silence report on the 2225-mile race. Sail-World tracked the little Australian boat from Los Angeles to Hawaii and Jamie Neill will be explaining just what makes his little boat fly and Sail-World will be publishing the charts and data files from her epic journey.
Next weekend we will take you sailing with the newest supermaxi in the world, the 30 metre (98 footer) Alfa Romeo.
On the tech front Sail-World is about to provide completely configurable news feed services for sailing clubs around the world.
Already one of the most published online sailing sources, Sail-World news stream will shortly expand further with sailing news from another set of time zones.
The Sail-World news feed will be able to be configured by webmasters for small boats, keelboats, monohull racing, cruising, multihull racing and cruising, news from Sail-World Australia, Sail-World NZ, Sail-World Asia and soon Sail-World Africa and Sail-World Europe.
Any mix of content is receivable so an Australian Yacht Club with interest in the Olympic classes and multihulls, could take a World or Australian or any say Australia, NZ and European content feed across just those interest area and not read about 'leadmines' at all.
Webmasters will be able to configure their own display formats, horizontal or vertical, speed of ticker, pause time between headlines, width of ticker, font size and colour.
Naturally the RSS feeds will come too.
Clubs interested in understanding the news feeds arrangement should contact us by email now mailto:media@sail-world.com
