Boison-Moller Flying Dutchman World Champions

Jorgen and Jaicob Boison-Moller of Denmark won the Flying Dutchman World Championship, held at Mar Menor in Spain. The pair lead from day one and wrapped up the series with a day to spare.

Spain's Carlos Beltri and Javier Cayuela were the runners up and the Geraman pair, Dirk Bogmul and Michael Lisken were third.

Best placed Brits were John Williams and Alex Rogers in 40th place in the the 72 boat fleet.

The next FD Worlds will be in New Zealand, here the Kiwi pair, Andrew McKee and Matt Bismark finished 19th overall.
