Lancer has developed an enviable reputation over the past 39 years for supplying inflatable boats and structures around the world - while also manufacturing a wide range of recreational inflatable boats

Although Lancer's strength lies in its ability to make specialized inflatable products for commercial or industrial application, the company also prides itself on the high quality, and sought after commercial range of inflatable and RIB’s from river rafts to 20 meter work boats.

Lancer’s inflatable boats, RIB’s and structures are considered as some of the best world wide and the company supplies the US Coast Guard, Japanese Coat Guard, Military and Naval forces around the world not to mention a large collection of private user from super yachts to trailer boats.

'We're proud of our products, that are made and delivered on a daily basis and we offer a 10-year warranty on all products to ensure the owners have the ultimate peace of mind, ' says Marketing Manager, Johny Winstone.

'Lancer has always been at the forefront of inflatable boat technology and is known moving the inflatable boat sector forward', Winstone adds.

In 1992 Lancer became the first marine manufacturer in NZ certified to the internationally recognized ISO 9002 Quality Assurance Programme.

Lancer has received several design awards local and internationally as well as getting several patents on unique tube designs exclusive to Lancer. The awards include several awards by the New Zealand Industrial Design Council, and the company has International certification under the International Maritime Organization SOLAS convention

Located in Waitakere, west of Auckland, Lancer operates from a custom-built 20,000 square foot air-conditioned factory with a team of 20-25 staff trained and experienced in building durable boats. The Lancer team has over 200 years of experience in making Lancers, and now has a second generation of the founding directors, working in the business.

Lancer builds a range of well over 150 boats and inflatable structures and builds to standards such as Lloyds Register of Shipping, Germanicher Lloyd and ABS with the ability to build to any standard.

Lancer is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company and prides itself on being able to deliver the boat an owner needs and will have for at least 20 years.
