Four days of competitive racing across the Thames Estuary

Its only four weeks before the start of the EAORA Offshore Regatta. The first race being a RORC event is on Thursday 21st June from Harwich to Ostend, followed by a lay day to enjoy the ambiance of Ostend. The prize giving for the first race is on Friday morning at the Royal North Sea Yacht Club. EAORA will kick start the fun with some complimentary beer!

On Saturday 23rd the fleet will race from Ostend to Ramsgate to then enjoy further hospitalities of the Royal Temple Yacht Club. The final days racing will be from Ramsgate to Harwich.

On the Sunday there will be a prize giving in the Haven Ports Yacht Club.

Entry is only £175, this includes the RORC race fees, berthing in Ostend & Ramsgate and some complimentary beer in Ostend.

  • Thursday: RORC East Coast Race/Graham Wallis Trophy (West Mersea & Medway Yacht Club)
  • Saturday: Cannon Ball race (Medway Yacht Club)
  • Sunday: Walker Challenge Cup (Haven Ports & Royal Temple Yacht Club)

The revived EAORA Week takes place 6-12 July Organised by the East Anglian Offshore Racing Association, the first EAORA Week was held in 1981. 1,2 for S&S classics in WMYC Buckley Goblets
Annual EAORA 90 mile race from West Mersea to Ostend On Friday 22nd September at 7am, eight IRC yachts and one MOCRA Trimaran raced in the annual 90 mile race from West Mersea to Ostend.
