Taking the Intracoastal waterway on a two-day trip from Beaufort, North Carolina, to Norfolk, Virginia. This route is commonly taken amongst boaters to avoid foul weather and rough seas offshore Cape Hatteras.
It's a beautiful and scenic ride with lots of wildlife. We stopped at the famous Coinjock Marina in Coinjock, North Carolina for an over-night stay and the Captains cut Prime Rib dinner, a tradition, or "right of passage" dinner for new Captains in the industry.
