On Saturday, December 15, Southport Yacht Club will celebrate the festivities of Christmas with the annual Carols on the Broadwater event.

This is SYC's second Christmas Carols event, following from the inaugural Carols event at the Club's newest facility, the Watersports Centre at Oxenford on Sunday 2nd.

From 4pm over 350 members and guests are expected to join in on the fun with face painting, a vessel parade and Santa arriving all the way from the North Pole at 5.30pm.

This year not only will Santa be arriving with treats for all the kids, but Santa will be arriving again via JETPACK! The Salvation Army will also be present at the event, conducting fund raising for their 2018 Christmas Appeal.

Entertainment will be provided throughout the event with live entertainment by Vinyl Frenzy performing on the world first Waterscape pontoon bar, singing all your favourite Christmas Carols.

Southport Yacht Club's Main Beach Clubhouse restaurant and facilities are open to Members and visitors from 4.30pm.

For further information please contact Southport Yacht Club Marketing Manager, Bronwen Hemmings via or 07 5591 3500.
