Sirocco Marine will host the global launch of the new BRIG Eagle 670, part of what will be the largest display by any exhibitor at this year's Sydney International Boat Show, 1 to 5 August.

The BRIG Eagle 670 is the next incarnation of the popular Eagle 650, one of the brand's highest selling models.

"Australia is a mature RIB market and an important market for BRIG," explains Neil Webster, the Australian distributor for the Ukrainian-built brand.

"August is a great time of year for BRIG to launch the Eagle 670, ahead of the European boat shows and our spring, in a great testing ground for the brand.

"We are confident boaties will be attracted to the new generation Eagle 670, which is a fantastic day boat, tender and sports boat. It has an extra 20cm of usable space, all behind the helm."

At 20ft, the Eagle 670 is a great ocean-going, family all-rounder, powered by a single 225hp Honda outboard and capable of speeds up to 55 knots.

With room for 14 passengers, it has a folding bimini for protection (or the option of a T-top), massive storage space, dining table and seating for nine people, Fusion stereo and shower.

Available in white, black, grey or a rainbow of custom colours, the Eagle 670 is towable and stowable, priced below AUD$100,000.

Also on display at this year's SIBS will be the entire range of BRIG RIBS - some 30 boats - as well as selected Williams jet tenders from the UK, now featuring the Rotax 900 ACE (Advanced Combustion Efficiency) engine as used in the Sea-doo Spark, along with the Sirocco brand of compact inflatables.

The largest BRIG on show will be the BRIG Eagle 10, which has broken all records since its global launch at the Sydney Boat Show in 2017.

At 10.5m, the go-anywhere Brig Eagle 10 is a 50 knot boat, powered by twin 300hp engines and with an array of features, including a well-appointed cabin and a fully enclosed head, and behind the helm, a sink unit which can accommodate an optional fridge or stove, making it the most versatile and best value day boat/weekender on the market.

Sirocco Marine South will present three boats on water at the marina and the rest of its range on show in the ICC at stands 300 and 301.
