Barton Marine is expanding in the USA with the launch of Barton US LLC. Well respected across the globe for its comprehensive range of sailboat hardware, made by sailors for sailors, the new dedicated local US presence will hugely boost service levels and supply efficiency for US boaters across the continent.
Barton gear has been available in the USA for decades and can be found in outfitters such as Defender and CWR, but the expansion enables the full catalogue of over 1800 hardware products to fill the gap in the US market for great value and performance from a high quality range able to handle every task on board. From bow to stern and mast head to keel, dinghy racers up to 50ft cruisers, Barton US has boater's needs covered. Equipment includes the Barton block range, recently upgraded to be more compact, lighter and have a new contemporary sleek styling. Barton's classic wooden blocks are gaining popularity among classic boat owners following their launch at the Wooden Boat Show in Mystic MA. Track and car systems compliment the range along with lighter weight composite winches and the ever-popular Barton Wincher, which makes traditional winches self-tailing. These form just part of the vast array of Barton onboard gear.
Barton US incorporated its own US operation in 2020 with distribution based in Hampton, Virginia. Having partnered with the established East Coast marine team at Atlantic Marketing Co. to support sales, US outfitters, riggers and yards will experience a knowledgeable, trusted and friendly approach to the trade.
