The images and design of the eagerly awaited Fountaine Pajot New 51 have just been unveiled. Based on a design by Olivier Racoupeau, this astonishing model sets a new benchmark in eco-friendly cruising.
The deck layout of the New 51 has been completely redesigned to provide even more space and comfort, while there is also a complete opening between the saloon and the cockpit to improve communication between the galley and the large cockpit.
Its large flybridge, with lounge and sunbathing area, is fitted with flush solar panels capable of producing 2000 watts of renewable energy allowing the New 51 to generate five times more energy than other yachts equipped with solar panels.
The New 51 adapts to every desire and cruising plan with its layout available in four different options. Each cabin has its own bathroom area, including the 6-cabin version - a first on the catamaran market for a 51-foot model, as is the double Maestro version.
