With two gold medals and a silver from the past three Olympic Games, Hannah Mills' exploits in the 470 make her the most successful female Olympic sailor.

This Wednesday, join the Live Q&A call with Road To Gold when Hannah will be joining Hamish Willcox and Andy Rice to look back at her victory in Tokyo 2020 alongside Eilidh McIntyre.

There's a 'family' connection with Road To Gold, as Hannah and Eilidh's coach, Joe Glanfield, was coached by Hamish Willcox when winning his two 470 silver medals at 2004 and 2008 with helmsman Nick Rogers.

Whatever level you're racing at, there will be solid tips and insights that you can apply to your own sailing.

So join the call this Wednesday. It's free, and you can take part and ask questions if you want, or you can sit and take notes to apply to your own sailing.

Here's the Zoom link to join the call free:

Andy Rice is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
