After celebrating the launch of the LM46 with her family and crew in Camden, Maine, Hopgrasser is heading to the Newport International Boat Show, September 16-19.

You can find our display on Dock N-3.

This cold-molded performance cruiser is an undeniably fantastic collaboration between me, my dad, and designer Kevin Dibley. Our first day of sail trials saw both 10 knots under power and 10 knots under sail. We are excited to get the boat fine-tuned to really see what she can do. We are looking forward to showing her in Newport and we hope to see you there. Hull 2 will be launched later this fall, hull 3 is next! Who's going to get that slot?

Hard to believe but a little more than a month ago, we wrapped up the fifth Camden Classics Cup. A seriously fun weekend was had by all. Spectacular racing conditions by day, great after-racing gatherings at night; a youth regatta of the area's brightest sailors; and the town of Camden was treated to the pageantry of a Parade of Sail. Mark your calendars for next year's dates: July 28-30, 2022. Registration will open before the end of the year. Send me an email if you would like to be alerted. And enjoy this slide show of some of the images by Alison Langley.

We hope that your end of summer and beginning of fall was as productive and fun as ours. Hope to see you soon.

Cheers,
Drew Lyman
President
