Escape to Nature is a photographic and cinematographic production company with a documentary film series project. Their films have won over not only viewers, but also juries at major film festivals winning over 100 awards.
Lagoon and Escape to Nature have a common goal: to promote actions for a cleaner maritime world and more environmentally respectful nautical activities. They are joining forces on a 5-year adventure and scientific experiment project.
Escape to Nature has chosen the new Lagoon 55 as the platform for this project. Thanks to their ultramodern Lagoon 55 catamaran, the crew will have the total autonomy they need for their long trip in the Pacific Ocean.

Find out all about Escape to Nature
Escape to Nature is seeking to help protect the oceans and all underwater life through its informative films: on wildlife, on its own experiences and with long interviews with the inhabitants of some of the most remote areas of the world.
Lagoon's commitment
The Lagoon team is intimately linked to the sea and the surrounding nature. Their desire is to produce comfortable and self-sufficient catamarans, with sustainable production that are equipped with the latest technology.
In 2022, the Lagoon 55 will set sail from Australia to Melanesia to undertake this project.
The Lagoon 55 is the perfect boat to accomplish the mission of the Escape to Nature crew: to discover unexplored areas of the world. Throughout the adventure, this catamaran will provide a comfortable living space for the team, for at least eight months a year, in remote areas.
Filming this human adventure and sharing the scientific data with the public will not only promote the beauty of our planet but also reveal areas endangered by climate change.
