Record-Breaking 2023 Old School Kingfish Shootout © Yellowfin

The Old School Kingfish Shootout, presented by Yellowfin, is one of the most competitive and popular kingfish tournaments in the world. This year, the event saw participation from a record 654 boats (yes, you read that correctly)!

Additionally, the first-place winning fish weighed in at 46.83 pounds, also a tournament record. We'd like to extend a huge congratulations to William Crabtree aboard the Yellowfin 39 Offshore Time Machine who caught this record-breaking fish. He will be going home with a brand-new Yellowfin 21 Bay! We'd also like to recognize Paul and Lauren Dozier for putting on this incredible event. We're grateful to have them as such an integral piece of the Yellowfin family!
