MarineMax St. Petersburg announced Caleb Peavler as their new General Manager alongside Roger Watson's promotion to Service Manager.

Caleb has spent the last eight months as the Operations Manager for MarineMax St. Petersburg after relocating to the area from Panama City. Prior to the move, he led the Panama City location as General Manager, where he was instrumental in leading a profitable sales hub for the panhandle. Caleb's strong work ethic and commitment to lead by the MarineMax mission statement is one of the many reasons he was selected for the role. Caleb can often be found spending time with his wife and three children as they navigate a new home in St. Petersburg. By his own admission, he needs to spend more time on the water, where we know he will become a fixture in the boating community here for years to come.

Roger Watson has been with MarineMax for a little over four months. Still, he began his career in the marine industry more than ten years ago, working with Aquila Power Catamarans as a Purchasing/Logistics Manager then taking other responsibilities which led him into the Technical and Warranty Manager position. He then grew in the company to multiple different roles and saw the developmental growth within Aquila/ Sino Eagle USA flourish into the global name it is today. Roger grew up in Pinellas County, Florida, where the water is not only a part of life but a way of life. When he isn't working, he loves spending time with his family, or you can find him on the water.

Roger, comments, "We have a spectacular team here, and I am proud to be a part of it. MarineMax St. Petersburg has an amazing future from where I am standing thanks to the path that was laid out by our prior General Manager, Joshua Lavine, who has moved up to a new role in leadership, and our new General Manager Caleb Peavler, plus the other team members involved in our successes both past and future. "Records are meant to be broken."

MarineMax St. Petersburg is your ultimate destination for boat sales, marine service, and exceptional boating experiences. When it comes to boat sales, they offer an impressive selection of premium brands, including Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Aviara, Hatteras, Azimut, Ocean Alexander, Galeon Yachts, Aquila Power Catamarans, and Nautique. With their diverse inventory of boats for sale, anyone can find a yacht or boat that perfectly matches their lifestyle.
