Our Magic Number Competition asked Cyclops sailors to share a short, engaging, fun video that showcases a magic Cyclops load number that helps them excel.

The winning video comes from Brent and Ana, a couple sailing around the world on their Lagoon 440 catamaran 'Impi'.

Brent and Ana use smarttune wireless load sensors from Cyclops connected to their onboard displays to maintain safe, comfortable, efficient settings:

"We feel so privileged to be picked by the formidable Cyclops team. We honestly love having our Cyclops load sensors onboard, we refer to the readings constantly, we enter the readings along with other data into the log book and have special columns for each read out and it's become an integral part of our sailing comfort and safety. Particularly on the Indian Ocean in strong winds and a variety of sail configurations including the spinnaker, it was a huge COMFORT to know we weren't overloading the rig."

"The load sensors are huge in our assessment of things when the weather picks up so we are very grateful to have them."

- Brent Grimbeek

Ana and Brent will receive personalised Cyclops x Zhik sailing tops for their winning effort, which was selected by a panel made up of the Cyclops team, who loved the lengths that Cat Impi went to to demonstrate that the magic number is always changing!
