Solo sailor attacked and robbed by pirates off the coast of Colombia

A 64 year old Swedish sailor, Magnus Reslow, was cruising solo 5 miles off the coast of Colombia in December (2023) when he was attacked three times by pirates. They looted everything of value from his ship, but a fundraising campaign by another sailor, Jens Brambusch, has seen the ship refitted.
Reslow has been cruising the world on a tiny budget for many years, making money by repairing sails and sprayhoods. With the financial support he will be able to replace his stolen sewing machine. See an interview below, where he describes the attack...
