French/New Zealand sailor Conrad Colman, who will always be remembered for his epic finish to the 2016/17 Vendee Globe, is going again. Here he updates on the progress with his entry, with the IMOCA 60 being completely refurbished in France. He has some sponsorship but is looking for more.

The latest attempt will again be aimed at sailing using electricity only - no fossil fuels - and an electric engine. In 2016/17 he became the first Vendee Globe competitor to finish without using fossil fuel. In 2024 he is doing a big upgrade, and will be the pathfinder for all-electric, long distance sailing technology.

And in this first episode, of his Youtube series, he grabs the camera to reveal a few secrets about what's going on at the shipyard... Check it out and don't hesitate to subscribe.
