World ARC 2023-24 depart Cabedelo

by World Cruising Club 2 Mar 2024 20:38 UTC

The World ARC 2023-24 Fleet have departed Cabedelo and are on the home straight back to the Caribbean! Our journey in Brazil started in Salvador at the start of February and since then we have travelled North up the coastline to reach Cabedelo.

The past week has been spent with the fantastic team at Marina Jacare. At the Marina Jacare Villiage we had a night to remember with superb Brazilian food, drinks and music! We certainly have Samba in our step as we continue the journey West.

Exit formalities were very efficient with very friendly teams from the Federal Police, Receita Federal and Captania dos Portos coming to visit the marina for the morning. The fleet are making excellent progress along their route. First arrivals to Grenada are expected from 15th March and we look forward to seeing them then!
