Seven Seas Cruising Association Presents the Penobscot Bay Mini Gam, July 27-28

Mark your calendars! You are invited to the Penobscot Bay Mini GAM in Rockland, Maine, hosted by the Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA). If you are heading Northeast after departing the lower USA, join us for a fun time in Rockland, Maine.

Enjoy the town, a Saturday dinghy raft-up, and a Sunday potluck and music Jam at our host location - the Sail Power & Steam Museum! The event is free for all to attend.

The SSCA 32nd Anniversary Penobscot Bay Maine Mini-GAM 2024 will be Saturday & Sunday, July 27th & 28th 2024 at the Sail, Power & Steam Museum in Rockland Harbor's south end. Saturday July 27 is a Dinghy raft-up on s/v Sionna at 4:30 PM (weather permitting). July 28th, the museum event tent is reserved for a Potluck lunch. We'll begin gathering under the tent at 11:30am, to eat at noon. Also Sunday, the Museum hosts a music jam from 1:30-4:00. Bring your instruments and voices and join in!

This event is 'Back to the Past" with a gathering/GAM at the Museum with a potluck and opportunity to join up with fellow cruisers. Our SSCA Cruising Hosts Keith Davie and Nicki Dunbar will be our hosts for this event; they are wonderful assets, know the area, and help visiting cruisers. They live locally, and sail S/V "Sionna" out of Rockland Maine, a lovely Triangle 32 Center-cockpit ketch - #11. Reach out to them at .
