RMI Holdings, the parent company of Regal Boats, proudly announces that it has signed a contract to acquire a 38-acre, 170,000-square-foot waterfront boat manufacturing facility in Merritt Island, Florida.

Located just 44 miles from its Orlando headquarters, this strategic acquisition positions RMI Holdings for significant long-term growth and operational expansion.

This purchase aligns with RMI Holdings' broader growth strategy, ensuring the company is prepared to seize future opportunities within the dynamic marine industry.

In parallel to the Merritt Island acquisition, RMI Holdings is also making a substantial investment in its Orlando headquarters, expanding the manufacturing facility by over 88,000 square feet.

This expansion will bolster production capabilities, reinforcing the company's ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional boating experiences through its Regal Boats brand.

"The acquisition of the Merritt Island facility represents a pivotal opportunity for long-term growth," said Duane Kuck, CEO of RMI Holdings. "Alongside the expansion of our Orlando facility, these initiatives demonstrate our unwavering commitment to building a world-class team, producing industry-leading boats, and empowering the success of our dealer network, all while exceeding customer expectations."

RMI Holdings, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Regal Boats, continues to focus on innovation, quality, and excellence in boat manufacturing, ensuring readiness to adapt to future market opportunities.
