Morwenna Swan has stepped up to a newly created position at leading RIB manufacturer Highfield Boats, that of Global Digital Marketing Manager.

Mo, an experienced designer and media professional, has already spent eight years overseeing the graphics and social media at Highfield Boats. In line with the company's continuing expansion, Mo will transfer her skills to this full-time role to consolidate global communications through the channels within the company network, creating enhanced cohesion across Highfield's markets.

Highfield Boats produces high-quality RIBS and tenders at its factory in China and has dealers and distributors in 48 countries and territories, including a significant sales presence in the USA. The broader scope of Mo's new role will concentrate on strengthening the brand image of the company across the globe, from factory to dealer. As part of the refined digital strategy, Mo will continue to produce creative designs for all aspects of the company's visual promotions.

"I'm thrilled that this new role has been created as part of Highfield's global expansion," says Julien Carussi, CEO of Highfield Boats. "Mo's exceptional skills and deep understanding of our brand make her the perfect fit to help us drive our global success and together we will continue to conquer the world."

Mo Swan will start her new role on 1st November.
