Ways Into Sailing Case Study: GJW Direct's Luke Marsh

When Luke Marsh joined GJW Direct to head up their Marketing Department he had no experience in sailing. In fact he had a phobia of water.

Step by step he overcame his fear, and first gained his RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification, then learned to paddleboard, and in the summer of 2024 took a sailing course, gaining his RYA Dinghy Level 1 and 2 Qualifications. He's not stopping there either!
