As we reach out to our 2024 members, we are happy to extend our season's greetings to the wider sailing community, wishing a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family. We hope this period brings joy, relaxation, and plenty of anticipation for the sailing adventures ahead!

This year, we were delighted to welcome 68 members to the UK Europe Class community, all of whom are instrumental in driving our success and ensuring the sustainability of Europe Sailing in the UK.

Looking ahead, 2025 membership is now available! With our new online form, it's easier than ever to renew your membership or join for the first time. Membership options include Full Membership at just £20, enabling participation in our class racing events, as well as Associate Membership at £10, open to anyone with a wider interest in the class. Your membership ensures the class can continue to cater for our diverse range of members, promoting the class and strengthening our fantastic community!

The committee is in communication with some great venues to finalise an exciting 2025 events programme - keep an eye on the calendar page of our website, as well as our Facebook page, early in the new year for the full schedule.

We look forward to two pinnacle events in the summer of 2025, first holding our UK Europe National Championships at Stokes Bay SC at the end of May, before welcoming international visitors to join us at Hayling Island SC for the IECU Masters & Youth European Championships in July, the first major championship for the class to be held in the UK for over 25 years!

The committee is also busy finalising plans for the 2025 RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show, already set to be bigger and better than last year and a great promotional opportunity for the class - stay tuned for more details on how you can support the class at the show over the next few weeks...
