Exciting Year Ahead for Melges UK

Melges UK, one of Britain's newest sailboat dealerships, has an exciting year ahead with new product launches and Melges' largest European event taking place.
Melges 15
The Melges 15 is a versatile asymmetric double-handed dinghy and the inaugural Melges 15 European Championships will take place in the summer. They will be held in Dun Laoghaire starting on 10 July and running alongside Ireland's largest sailing event, the Volvo Dun Laoghaire regatta. With an international field, the Europeans promise to be hotly contested. If you'd like to take part 12 charter boats are available, so contact for further information on the event or boat charter.
In addition, Melges UK will be hosting some 'pop-up' style one-design Melges 15 events through the summer, and demos are also available from the Melges UK office in Hamble. For more information on venues and dates, or if you're further afield, email .
Boats will also be available for the 2025-26 Sailjuice Winter series, results will be extrapolated for a separate Melges 15 series with some great prizes!
The Skeeta
With the rise in popularity of foiling dinghies, this single-hander is ideal for sailors of all abilities from beginners to professionals. Melges UK is offering demos to anyone interested in the Skeeta. And if a club would like a foiling taster day then GP Watercraft can provide an RYA Foiling-endorsed coach and Skeeta. Melges RIB 625C
Introducing the Melges RIB 625C - the ideal coaching RIB and used to support Adriana Penruddocke in Marseilles as she represented Bermuda in the ILCA 6 class in the Summer 2024 Games. It is uniquely-designed to handle waves easily and provide a stable, comfortable coaching platform. And with its Yamaha 115 HP outboard engine as standard, the Melges RIB 625C has the speed and control to keep pace with high-speed skiffs and foiling classes. There's no external hardware or lines on the outside of the tubes, so the coach can easily interact with the racing dinghies and skiffs.
