Allen Brothers, a leading manufacturer of performance sailing hardware, is pleased to announce an upgraded partnership with fellow British brand, Clamcleat®. Following the unfortunate closure of one of Clamcleat's longstanding distributors, Allen has been given the opportunity to become a full distributor of the iconic rope cleat range.
This exciting development builds on a long-standing relationship between the two companies. Allen has, for many years, offered a selected range of Clamcleat products to boat builders. Now, as a full distributor, Allen is able to stock and sell the entire Clamcleat range — including products supplied on retail display cards — offering customers even greater choice and convenience.
Founded in 1965, Clamcleats Ltd. revolutionised rope cleats with the introduction of their unique, load-proportional grip design — a concept born out of a simple desire to improve the humble light pull-cord. Since then, the company has grown into a respected global brand with over 125 cleat designs used in sailing, windsurfing, and a wide variety of industrial applications. All Clamcleat products continue to be designed and manufactured in the UK, ensuring high quality and tight control over every stage of production.
