Taking place on Wednesday 19 November, 08.30-10.30 (doors open from 08.15) on the Metstrade Stage, RAI Amsterdam, attendees can look forward to a vibrant mix of professional insights, lived experiences and fresh perspectives, brought to life by a stellar panel of female leaders and changemakers from across the global marine industry.

More than just a panel discussion, the event fosters an inclusive, informal and welcoming atmosphere where marine professionals, of all genders, can connect, exchange ideas and build valuable relationships.

With breakfast and refreshments provided, guests are encouraged to arrive early and make the most of this unique opportunity to start their show day.

"This event continues to grow in impact each year, creating a vital space for authentic conversations, actionable insights and global collaboration," said Michele Goldsmith, Vice President and General Manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group. "It's a powerful platform to share knowledge, exchange insights and ideas, celebrate the achievements of female innovators across the sector, and inspire the next generation of female marine professionals shaping the future of the industry."

Attendees are invited to join the cause and help change lives through the power of education.
