Zhik unveils its new season line-up, advancing the brand's expansion into paddle and rowing while reinforcing its long-standing leadership in dinghy and yachting. The collection reflects rigorous athlete input and a clear commitment to performance, comfort and durability on the water.
Zhik's growing presence in new segments is supported by partnerships with Paddle Australia, Canoe Racing New Zealand and the German Coastal Rowing Team. The brand was also recently named Platinum Partner and Official Technical Apparel Partner for the 2025 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Penrith, providing high-performance technical uniforms for volunteers, officials and staff.
Since 2003, Zhik's Made For Water ethos has shaped how the brand designs, tests and delivers gear. Born in performance sailing, it now underpins products for paddle, rowing, dinghy and yachting, as well as technical lifestyle gear for life around the water. It embodies the brand's principles of performance, innovation, sustainability and research and development, supported by strong athlete partnerships.
"Made For Water guides everything we build, from fabric selection to fit and finish. This season we have focused on freedom of movement, breathability and protection so athletes can train longer and perform better with fewer distractions. Working closely with partners across paddle, rowing, dinghy and yachting has helped us refine the details and raise the bar again," said Johnny Rodgers, Zhik Head of Marketing and Partnerships.
Season Highlights
Rowing and Paddle
New rowing unisuits arrive alongside LT Spandex Baselayers and Active Baselayer Thermal Tops for both paddle and rowing. These pieces are engineered for high-output sessions, combining ultra-light breathability, four-way stretch and UPF 50+ sun protection. Development was informed by testing with Paddle Australia and world class rowing athletes to ensure precise fit and reliable comfort under sustained load.
Yachting
Following the recent launch of the OFS700 high-performance offshore wet weather gear, the new Daybreaker Midlayer range introduces low-bulk warmth designed to layer cleanly under technical outerwear. This new range enhances the versatility of Zhik's offshore yachting range, providing warmth in extreme condition and comfort for long days on the water.
Dinghy and Watersports
Athletes from the Unites States now have two USCG Certified PFD options with the launch of the USCG Performance and Active PFD range which evolves the well-known pedigree of Zhik's previous Personal Floatation Devices. Cold weather dinghy and water sports athletes can stay protected with the launch of the redesigned Performance Drysuit with a number of advancements, including redesigned seam layout and seal construction, to deliver durability, protection and comfort when in extreme cold conditions.
Elements Lifestyle Range
A new range of Thermo Tech Fleece and Knit Fleece jackets, plus accessories, translates Zhik's performance DNA into everyday utility, delivering dependable warmth and clean styling from water to land. Engineered with low-bulk insulation and soft, durable face fabrics, the pieces layer cleanly under shells and stand alone in changeable conditions.
The season's program builds on Zhik's broader partnerships across elite teams and national organisations, underscoring a commitment to support athletes from grassroots to world championship level.
