Cannes Yachting Festival 2025 recap, evolve to succeed
At this year's Cannes Yachting Festival, Excess presented a fleet of 3 models, the new Excess 11 Hybrid, the new Excess 13 and the Excess 14 to our visitors in uplifting Excess vibes.
A fleet of 3 models
Excess is excited to share our two latest innovations——the Excess 13 and Excess 11 Hybrid, and our popular Excess 14 at the show.
The new Excess 13 was officially launched in April, adapting the asymmetrical hull concept for optimized sailing, a twin helm station at the stern for direct steering, a generous sail area, and a dedicated boat office and a walk-in wardrobe onboard to offer bigger sailing sensations, optimum comfort and a hybrid work lifestyle.
To tackle the increasing demand of quiet cruises and sustainable sailing, Excess is offering a hybrid engine aboard the Excess 11. This propulsion technology includes a genset with twin electric engines, enabling sailors to enjoy quiet docking maneuvers, cruising under fully electric power, and optimized range. It is the most accessible and efficient solution on the market for optimized and responsible boating, which will soon be available on the Excess 13.
In June, Excess celebrated another important milestone that 100th unit of Excess 14 left the yard. The Excess 14 is a cruising yacht that combines exhilarating performance with a playful design. She offers an unparalleled sailing experience and also prioritizes comfort and modularity, ensuring a delightful living space for all onboard.
