The Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron (RQYS) is proud to announce the return of Sail Brisbane 2025, taking place from 16 to 20 December 2025, in partnership with Australian Sailing.

As one of the country's premier multi-class regattas, Sail Brisbane continues to attract top talent from across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The event provides an exceptional platform for emerging and elite sailors alike, offering world-class competition and preparation ahead of the upcoming Australian summer regatta circuit.

The partnership with Australian Sailing underscores a shared commitment to the growth and development of the sport, fostering participation and excellence across all levels. The event will feature a diverse range of classes, from youth and pathway fleets through to Olympic and invited classes, ensuring exciting racing for competitors and spectators alike.

RQYS Sailing Manager Mark Dingley said the event's continued evolution highlights the strength of collaboration within the sailing community.

"Sail Brisbane has always been a cornerstone of the summer season. Partnering with Australian Sailing enhances our ability to deliver a first-class regatta experience and create meaningful pathways for the next generation of Australian sailors."
