The Task Force unites respected voices from across the industry — innovative dealers, leading manufacturers, influential partners and MRAA staff — all committed to shaping a more modern and sustainable retail model.

BRP Inc (TSX/NASDAQ: DOO) acknowledges the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's (ACCC) decision to oppose the proposed sale of Telwater Pty, Ltd to Yamaha Motor Australia Pty Ltd. In light of the ACCC's decision, BRP remains the owner of Telwater, and will continue to operate this profitable business and offer Australian consumers quality and reliable boats through its iconic brands. Given the size of Telwater's business, BRP confirms this will have no impact on its Fiscal Year 2026 financial guidance.

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) recently participated in the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) States & Policy Summit in Fort Worth, Texas, joining state lawmakers, policy experts, and industry leaders for discussions on economic growth, competitiveness, and regulatory modernization. The Summit provided a valuable forum for learning and dialogue around state-level policy trends affecting manufacturing, outdoor recreation, and infrastructure.
