Queen's Jubilee Jug at Overy Staithe Sailing Club

The club held the race for the Queen's Jubilee Jug on the evening tide on Saturday 30 May. Camilla Warner and Simon Wilson-Stephens were the race officers and set a course from the sea wall, out to the lagoon and back making the best of the evening breeze.

There was a proliferation of Lasers racing and they made up the most of the fleet, with 3 OK's and a Twinkle 12 completing the competitors.

Spike Turner (OK) won with Rob Archer and Alex Smith (Lasers) split by just 1 second to finish 2nd and 3rd respectively. Peter and Charlie Smith were first double handers in their Twinkle 12.
