Boat Service Gold Coast launches revolutionary online product catalogue and announces new dealership with Stella Systems for Kohler Power Systems.

Based in The Boat Works at Coomera on the Gold Coast, Boat Service Gold Coast has launched the first stage of their new online product catalogue and store for Mercury Marine's MerCruiser range of products. If you are looking to repower your boat by replacing it's existing engine the site allows you to pick and choose an array of engines, sterndrives and options on the fly.

Dealer Principal Michael Waugh said 'The online catalogue is a world first and can save hours of time on a typical repower quotation. Prices start with an engine only and as you add options or changes the package price is constantly updating.'

'Say you are looking at a 6.2L V8 MerCruiser to repower your 32 Mustang and are not sure whether to include a new drive or not. Within seconds you can compare the engine only to a package including a Bravo II or Bravo III drive. Thinking of fresh water cooling? The option price is only a check box away.' said Waugh. Engine packages are not available for shipping as they must be installed by the dealer. 'A lot of customers want to do their research before they walk into our workshop or even pick up the phone.'

Included in the store, and available for Australia wide shipping are a range of long blocks, manifolds, elbows and risers. 'We have seen an increase in the amount of aftermarket manifolds, risers and elbows around. We are using technology in the store to also provide for a 'pick and choose' genuine manifold, elbow and spacer kit for 3.0L, 4.3L, and small and big block V8 MerCruiser engines. It is intuitive and even prompts you to consider spacers and gaskets that might otherwise be forgotten until you start the job.

We are proud to announce our new relationship with Stella Systems as a dealer for Kohler Power Systems. 'We are excited that our team have completed their initial dealer training with Kohler and Stella Systems. We jumped at the opportunity to provide genuine parts and factory trained service since about half of the boats with gensets that we service are Kohler powered. We can also now offer new petrol or diesel systems for installation.'

Boat Service Gold Coast was established in 2015 at The Boat Works, Coomera. They are a Mercury and MerCruiser Certified Service Centre and authorised dealers for Mercury and MerCruiser parts, MerCruiser, Mercury Finance, and Club Marine Insurance.
