Bruno Prada (BRA) is one of the best Star sailors in the world, a bowman that can most definitely help his skipper in decision making, one who knows manoeuvring and the Star delicate art of fine tuning.

Prada has two Olympic medals won on a Star with Brazilian skipper Robert Scheidt (sailing in Nassau this year with Brazilian crew Henry Boening), he's won the world championship four times, last one in Miami in April 2016 with American skipper Augie Diaz, his palmares is impressive and he totally deserve being on top of the Crew SSL Ranking.

For the first time in four editions of the SSL Finals, the number one crew gets a wild card to attend the event choosing his skipper, and it will be a rule from now on, giving the best bowman a recognition and the possibility to close the year with another great success.

Bruno Prada calls Brazilian Finn sailor Jorge Zarif to be his skipper. They've already sailed together in Switzerland for the first SSL Lake Grand Slam in September 2015 and qualified for the knock-out round in the final day.

Zarif finished fourth in the SSL Finals in 2014, didn't do so well last year due to very light winds. Zarif has been totally focused on the Olympics in Rio for the past months, where he didn't make the podium for just a bit.

It will be a challenging battle for the three super Brazilian teams and, for once, we'll see Robert Scheidt and Bruno Prada sailing one against the other.
