Congratulations to George Haynie's Volpe on winning the second Melges 32 Winter Series event in Tampa, FL! The hotly contested series has been a catalyst for class participation and year-round racing.

DUNCAN DOMINATES AT NOOD
Peter Duncans Melges 24 USA 829 took full advantage of the idyllic conditions on Tampa Bay to lead his team to victory at the NOOD. We actually just got back into the boat last week, so our strategy this weekend is to keep it simple, said Duncan, who returned to the Melges 24 class after a three-year break and is eyeing a top finish at the upcoming Melges 24 Worlds in May.

The Melges 24 Winter Series winds down this weekend before the largest events of the season - Charleston Race Week followed by the Melges 24 Worlds in Charleston, SC.

TRADING PLACES: BOGATYRS WIN WINTER SERIES EVENT #2
After NIKA won a tiebreak over Russian Bogatyrs in December, Igor Rytov's team was back on top at the second Winter Series event February 7-9.
