Australian Paul Larsen is at Antigua Sailing Week racing on Peter Harrison's Superyacht Sojana, which is top of CSA 2 after scoring five straight bullets. Larsen is a self-confessed adrenalin junky and an awesome sailing gunslinger.

Paul is best known for pulling the trigger in Sailrocket 2, smashing the outright world speed sailing record, at a jaw-dropping 65.37 knots. (75.23 mph - 121.06 km/h). Chatting with his long-time partner and best friend Helena Darvelid, who has also been part of 12 World speed sailing records, Paul was enjoying Tanqueray Gin and Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic at the Fever-Tree Bar at Antigua Sailing Week.

"Antigua Sailing Week is has always been a favourite regatta, fantastic sailing conditions and warm water is the perfect combination. I prefer Gin and Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water. Having a refreshing drink with friends makes for memorable experience, and every time I drink Fever-Tree it reminds me of a rainy day at Cowes Week, when we were ashore, waiting for wind. We were just with a good bunch of friends having a real laugh, and somehow it just sticks in my head."
