The Marina Industries Association is excited to launch the new Dock Operations Course, a practical two-day program designed for marina professionals with 1-3 years of industry experience seeking to build their operational knowledge and develop leadership skills.

Held at Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay on 23-24 June 2026, the course provides participants with a broader understanding of marina operations and prepares them for future career progression and for courses such as the Intermediate Marina Management Course. The course also includes a study tour of local marinas.

  • Dockhands and marina staff with 1-3 years of experience
  • Emerging leaders and future supervisors
  • Team members preparing for the IMM pathway.
