The Dock Operations Course is a two-day professional development program for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the marina industry, designed to strengthen their operational knowledge and leadership capacity in preparation for future supervisory or management roles.

It serves as a bridge between the Dock Hand Course and the Intermediate Marina Management Course, offering a deeper understanding of marina operations, business functions, and emergency preparedness, while fostering industry connections and professional growth.
